Food safety ensuring
Food production has always been and will remain one of the most important sectors of Latvian economy. Unfortunately, in modern world the way of agricultural products from the farmer to the consumer is long enough. Therefore, in the chain of food production and distribution appropriate conditions should be provided and there should be met requirement to prevent damage to healthy food products and not to jeopardize the health of consumers.
PSI Training centre has developed 2 training courses, intended directly to employees working in food production and handling:
- Management of Food Safety Management System (HAACP);
- Audit of Food Safety Management System (HAACP).
The training course is taught by experienced food industry specialists, who can comment on a wide range of issues based on the personal experience.
